Customer Consultation

Role – Male Only

• Consult with walk-in customers and assist with sales
• Possess broad knowledge of men’s fashion and styling
• Have a perfect understanding of fabric and how to style
• Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection for customers attended to.
• Relate with customers to continue to drive more sales
• Provide personalised service for customers to ensure satisfaction
• Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.
• Daily Engagement of customers and cross-selling on every platform

Customer Consultation/QC Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
• 2-5 years experience in related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Firm grasp of CRM & digital tools.
• Excellent interpersonal & people management skills.

Team Lead – Completion

Role – Male & Female

• Coordinate with customer service, design, merchandising, and production teams to understand customer orders, Requirements and timelines.
• Oversee the post-quality control process, ensuring that products are produced in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the production process.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve any production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously provide reports and updates on item requisitions, and usage & initiate restocking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes and efficiency.
• Update the customer order status on the system and ensure it is checked and prepared before the due date or fitting.
• Performing any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time that matches your skill set by the Management in line with the objectives of the Company.

Requirement & Qualification:

• BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
• 2-5 years experience in related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Firm grasp of CRM & Digital tools.
• Excellent Interpersonal & People Management skills.

Team – In Production Inspection

Role – Male & Female 

• Assisting the production manager in developing production schedules and timelines to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Conducting inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality standards. This may involve inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress items and finished products.
•  Collaborating with the production team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, such as streamlining workflows or implementing new quality control procedures,
•  Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and any issues or deviations encountered. Providing regular reports to management on production progress, quality metrics, and any corrective actions taken.
• Addressing any production-related issues or challenges that arise, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns, and implementing appropriate solutions to minimize disruption and maintain production output.
• Performing any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time that match your skill set by the management in line with the objectives of the company.

CAD – ArtWork Textile Makers & Designers

Open – Local & International Applicants

• Familiarity or ability to use HP ErgoSoft Rip Software
• Correctly modify flat sketches/illustrations to reflect design details
• Research and design concept imagery for presentation.
• Keep up to date with regard to software and hardware used in the creation of artwork
• Render and fill flats/illustrations based on exactly following existing fabric swatches
• Timely communication and follow-through on all projects
• Maintain sticker library of fabric prices/content passed on from the Design team
• Hand sketching/recreating sketches to reflect a modern RL sensibility
• Take Designer inspiration (research etc) and sketch /drop in patterns & details
• Create flat sketches to reflect new model ideas

CAD – Pattern Makers

Role – Local & International Applicants

Patternmaker Responsibilities:

• Work with our creative director to discuss the base design.
• Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
• Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.
• Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
• Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
• Sending the initial pattern for a production check.
• Meeting with the creative team to review the final product.
• Tweaking & grading the pattern and filing the design.

Patternmaker Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
• Firm grasp of CRM & Digital tools
• Previous experience as a Patternmaker.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.
• Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
• Excellent fine motor skills.
• Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work to a deadline.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
• BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal & People Management skills.

Senior Suit Makers 

Tailor Responsibilities:

• Discussing design, alteration, or repair requirements with production team to ensure that their specifications are met.
• Cutting Of fabric, Stitching and joining neck and sleeves.
• Modifying garments according to customer instructions, which includes tapering pant legs, lining sheer garments, removing pockets, and adding padding,.
• Altering garments to improve comfort and fit, which includes shortening sleeves or straps, narrowing lapels, as well as taking in or letting out seams.
• Repairing customers’ garments, which includes patching or sewing tears and holes.
• Constructing garments for customers based on their design ideas, specifications, and preferences.

Tailor Requirements:

• Over 10 years of proven experience working as a tailor.
• Sound knowledge of fabrics as well as clothing design and construction.
• The ability to use a sewing machine.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Outstanding sewing skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Detail-oriented.

Job Title – Fashion Photographer 

Responsibilities:

• Product Photography: Capture high-quality, visually appealing images of our fashion products whilst ensuring an accurate representation of colors, textures, and details.
• Studio Management: Maintain and organize the photography studio, including equipment, props, and set designs, to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient production process.
• Work with other departments to get clothes ready for photography in-house.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed, using industry-standard software.
• Model Direction: Provide guidance and direction to models during photo shoots to achieve the desired poses, expressions, and mood for each shot, ensuring that they align with the brand’s image and message.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fashion photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, fashion shoots, and image editing.
• Proficiency in digital photography equipment, studio lighting techniques, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high production standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and aesthetics.

Job Title: Fashion Videographer 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for fashion video content.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including coordinating locations, models, props, and equipment.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Capture compelling footage that highlights the unique features and aesthetic of our products and brand.
• Edit and post-process video content to ensure high-quality, polished final products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and fashion photography.
• Optimize video content for distribution across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage and organize video assets and maintain an archive of footage for future use.

 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing fashion video content.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high production standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends and aesthetics.
