Where is my order?
Deliveries in Nigeria
All orders are despatched by DHL and are sent via their package post service. We provide tracking numbers for these orders.
Please allow up to 2 – 5 working days for delivery once you have received your despatch confirmation email. If the order has still not arrived after this time please contact our customer service team who will be very happy to help.
All our non-Nigerian orders under 2kg are sent via Air Mail. We do provide tracking numbers for these orders. Anything over 2kg is sent via Courier Service or one of their partners, we will be able to provide tracking numbers for these orders on request.
Please allow 14 working days for delivery once you have received your despatch confirmation email. If the order has still not arrived after this time please contact our customer service team who will be very happy to help.

If for any reason, you’re unhappy with any item in your order, you have 30 days to return it for a refund or exchange.
All items must be returned with a receipt or delivery note, in saleable condition. Returns exclude any altered items, underwear, footwear, gift voucher purchases and delivery charges. Faulty items may be returned within six months of purchase.
We do keep an eye on returns within this timeframe. If customers are found to be abusing the our 30 returns days, we reserve the right to refuse further returns from them. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Payment Methods and Vouchers
We are happy to accept all major Credit and Debit Cards for purchases made online – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
All online payments and transactions are made through Paystack. All transactions are made through a secure connection using Paystack. This means all your payment details are safe and secured at rest and on transit
Voucher codes are issued and can be used as part of they payment of an order. All vouchers issued have a time validity period and the vouchers are only valid for use for only the duration of it validity. Vouchers that has elapsed their validity will not be accepted as part of the payment of an order. We retain the right to cancel any voucher code at anytime before the end of its validity
